Politics based on people and not beating the other guys

Both Democrats and Republicans campaign on the same thing… beating the other party. This strategy is not only sustainable and unproductive.

Rather than attacking the other party, each party needs to explain their priorities, show what they stand for and push those ideas. When presenting those ideas they can’t be presented in a way that they are attacking the other side. Let’s be realistic about these issues.

Yes I love renewable energy sources and I believe it’s the way forward, getting there will take time, money and improvements in technology. Pushing renewable energy sources doesn’t mean I have to bash oil, gas and coal. Diversity in energy sources is also important. Managing those percentages and moving in the right direction is key.

The same can be said about immigration, abortion, public safety, social programs and more. Let’s work together on advancement for everyone rather this win-lose strategy that we are currently in.

Success will come when we develop a win-win strategy.
